1. The Service

LuceVPN provides an encrypted VPN connection between your device and our servers, and an account center for managing your plan, billing, invites and support. Features, server locations and protocols may change over time.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service.
• A guest account is created when you first open the app. Set a username and password, or link an email, to keep access; we cannot recover a guest account that was never saved.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not create accounts in bulk or by automated means.

3. Plans, payments and renewals

• Plans, prices, data allowances, device limits and durations are shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions are purchased in the LuceVPN app. Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are billed and renewed under Apple’s or Google’s terms, and you can manage or cancel them in your store account.
• Free trials, coupons and promotions may have extra conditions and may be limited to one per person or device.
• Prices may change. A change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. For other purchases, contact us; we review each request and give refunds where required by law.

5. Balance, gift cards and rewards

• Account balance, gift cards and coupons can be used only for LuceVPN. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Invite rewards and commissions follow the rules shown in the account center when they are earned. Commissions may be held for a settlement period before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are subject to the minimum amount, fees and review shown in the account center. You are responsible for giving a correct payout account and for any taxes on your earnings.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, chargebacks and other abuse void the related rewards, and we may reverse them.
• We may change or end the invite program at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law or regulation that applies to you;
• send spam or other unsolicited bulk messages;
• spread malware, or attack, scan or gain unauthorized access to any network or system;
• infringe intellectual property or other rights, or share child sexual abuse material;
• commit fraud, harass others or cause harm;
• resell or share your account beyond your plan’s device limit, or interfere with the Service or other users.

You are responsible for making sure that using a VPN is allowed where you are.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every country or network. We may carry out maintenance, change servers or protocols, or limit features to protect the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk, and where permitted we will tell you why. Accounts closed for breaking these Terms may not be entitled to a refund.

9. Intellectual property

The LuceVPN apps, website, name and logo belong to LuceVPN. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the apps while you use the Service. Do not copy, modify or reverse engineer them, except where the law allows.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. A VPN improves your privacy but cannot make you anonymous or protect you from every threat.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LuceVPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or on the website. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept them.
